Nycole Turmel: Mr. Speaker, that is not good enough. What Senator Boisvenu did is against the law: we cannot call on people to kill themselves.

So, this opens up an interesting debate. Namely, which is worse: that a sitting senator thinks we should re-consider capital punishment or that a sitting MP thinks that expressing such a view is and apparently should be illegal?
