So, this article is pretty level headed and ho-hum. But the comments really hammer home the insanity of American politics. Like, the divide between “liberals” (um… liberal relative to what?) and “conservatives” and their inability to agree on anything, just because the other side is saying it is staggering.
Also, very few of them seem to be able to comprehend that you can have a right to do something and still be a jerk for doing it.
